Nutri Bar - free breakfast/drink for the first 50 cyclists - see below for further details

Located on The Splat (in front of The Greenhouse) Nutri Bar's aim is to make it easier for people to buy genuinely healthy food, on-the-go, at a reasonable price. A well-balanced diet not only provides the right vitamins, minerals and nutrients to keep the body and mind strong but eating well can also provide a whole host of different benefits!

From 730am on Wednesday 13th September 2017 Nutri Bar will provide the following free breakfast choices* on a first come first served basis to the first 50 who cycle to work:

- Chocolate Overnight Oats

- Granola & Low Fat Yogurt

- Porridge  

- Peanut butter bagels  

- Paleo Brownies  

Each option will be provided with a coffee, tea or a bottle of water

Doctor Bike - free cycle maintenance next to the Cycle Hub

MediaCityUK has teamed up with TfGM to bring Doctor Bike to The Splat !

TfGM’s Dr Bike is running a drop-in surgery for your bicycle – and it’s free.

The free check-ups will make sure your bike is safe and roadworthy.

The check-up takes about 10 minutes. There’s no need to book, simply turn up with your bike between 11am and 3pm on Wednesday 13th September next to the MediaCityUK Cycle Hub.
